PASTA CONTEST :

Is there a Tunisian Jew who does not like pasta? After all a lot of our ancestors, the Granas or Livornese came from Italy
where they had lived for hundreds of years and must be the reason why Tunisian are so obsessive about pasta.

But Tunisian jews do not only love pasta, they also pretend to know the secrets of pasta better than the Italians themselves. How often have you heard a Tunisian Jew insist that he or she is a champion pasta maker? Go to a top rated pasta restaurant with a Tunisian Jew and he would without a doubt affirm that he makes much better pasta than what is being served!! And you know, maybe he is right!! I have personnally eaten incredible pasta dish at some of my friends'house. Comparable to the top restaurants of Northern Italy.

So, great pastaiolos, here is a challenge!! I invite you to post here what you deem is your secret killer sauce and therefore we will soon be able to determine who is the champion pasta maker of the Universe.
